By using ScanEasy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ScanEasy is a free document scanner app for iOS. You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you use scanned documents lawfully.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or otherwise reverse-engineer the App.
All documents you scan with ScanEasy belong to you. We do not claim any rights to your scanned content. Since all data remains locally on your device, you are responsible for backing it up.
We strive to keep the App functional but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.
The App is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or quality of scan results. The App is not a substitute for professional digitization services.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We may change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
